  • Do you ship to my country?
    Currently our website only offers shipping to the United States. Some products are available on Etsy for international shipping.
  • How do I track the status of my order?
    You will receive periodic emails through out the production process. Please fell free to email us anytime: support@borderlineunique.com
  • Can I add products to an open order?
    Once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the amount of products in an order cannot be modified. Placing a new order for a product that was previously ordered would be the best method.
  • How long does it take for me to receive my order?
    Production lead time is 1-2 weeks typically. Larger custom projects can take 4-6 weeks depending on materials. Please contact us for approximate date.
  • Can I change or cancel on order after I've submitted it?
    Once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the products themselves cannot be modified. However, you're free to cancel your current order to make modifications and resubmit the order as long as the order it still in 'pending' status and has entered production.
  • Will my items come in one package?
    We try to ship everything in one package but sometimes the sizes are awkward or it is too heavy requiring multiple boxes.
  • Will you keep my credit card information on file?
    No credit card information is kept on file without your consent.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Yes, If your state requires us to charge sales tax. Please contact us if you have a tax exempt status.
  • How do I change my shipping address?

  • My order arrived damaged
    Please email us photos of the damaged product and appearance of the packaging. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and send you a replacement item as soon as possible. You can send your email to: support@borderlineunique.com
  • I received the wrong item

  • What is your return policy?
    Since most of our pieces are custom, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. However, if there's an issue with your product, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
